Although this time of year can get quite stressful, it’s important to take time aside for yourself and your health. Whether this is taking the time to cook a healthful meal, or taking a mental break and reading a quiet book alone, the body needs time to rest and recharge after a lot of activity. A great way to take a quick break to re-energize your mind and body, is to schedule a yoga session to force your brain to take a much needed vacation from all of the holiday hustle and bustle.
