Although this time of year can get quite stressful, it’s important to take time aside for yourself and your health. If you have a bit more time, consider a 20-minute yoga flow. Put on some calming music, light some candles, and go for it. Just because you’re stretched for time, it doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself! Who needs a yoga studio when you can test out some poses in your own home for free? After a few sessions you’re sure to have these moves down!
If you are running on fumes, think about taking just 1 hour out of your day to recharge and relax. Remember, creating a calming atmosphere is just as important as the yoga itself! Find some relaxing music and a quiet room, or even consider using earbuds if quiet spaces are hard to come by this holiday.
